Cydnee Dubrof

Cydnee’s executive search career spans 25+ years and multiple countries. She has conducted senior leadership searches for clients in a diverse array of industries and led the international division of The Bridgespan Group’s executive search practice for five years before launching The Dubrof Group in 2011. She has led searches for positions in the United States, the United Kingdom, Jordan, Switzerland, Latin America and Africa serving nonprofits, private and public foundations, state governments, public companies and entrepreneurial ventures. In addition to executive search, Cydnee provides executive coaching services for those who seek a more rewarding position or to be more effective in their current role. 

Cydnee emphasizes service and builds relationships and trust with both her clients and candidates. Before finding her professional bliss as a recruiter, Cydnee worked with Coopers & Lybrand where she earned her CPA as a Tax Accountant and most enjoyed her role as Community Affairs Manager. She launched her search practice with Egon Zehnder before being recruited to Korn/Ferry.

Cydnee earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in International Relations and a Master ofTaxation from Georgia State University. She has been an active volunteer in her community and has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations including Hands On Atlanta, The American Jewish Committee, The Temple, and the Advisory Board of the Tony Award- winning Alliance Theatre. She is the Development Chair for the Theatrical Outfit and a graduate of Arts Leaders of Metro Atlanta.

Cydnee and her husband Rob have two Pyrenees, two Ragdoll cats, 10 chickens and 30,000 bees. She is an avid entertainer and passionate patron of the arts.
