Stephanie Lowell
Stephanie Lowell is a career and executive coach with over 20 years of experience as a trusted advisor to leaders across sectors on strategic and organizational priorities. She is deeply invested in building coaching relationships that enable clients to navigate complex challenges and bring out the best in themselves and their teams. She also helps clients set meaningful goals for professional growth and development, cultivate strategies to avoid burnout, and navigate meaningful career transitions.
Stephanie’s professional background includes a powerful blend of strategy consulting, talent management, and operational leadership. She spent over 15 years at McKinsey & Company, where she played a range of roles including consultant, strategic HR business partner, and an early leader of the firm’s nonprofit practice. She also served as a career coach at Harvard Business School, with a particular focus on supporting students exploring careers in the nonprofit sector. In additional to her coaching practice, Stephanie currently serves as advisor and parent instructor for Operation House Call (a health equity program of the Arc of Massachusetts) and teaches a “Youth in Philanthropy” class offered by the Community Foundation for Metrowest, empowering the next generation of social changemakers.
Stephanie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government, and is a Certified Executive Coach and Career Coach. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, getting outdoors for long walks, and both playing and watching tennis.
